Self Respect

We all know Self Respect is about trusting, accepting and believing in yourself. [yeah that's right] I found something very interesting. A "Cheat Chart" that helps if you are not up to speed:

Set goals
Exercise
Love yourself
Focus on fitness

Rest and relax
Eat right
Soul search
Play up the positive
Enjoy life
Care for others
Talk yourself up
